A: The hotel mainly uses electricity from 6pm to 12pm in the afternoon and at night, so it is impossible to use electricity 24
hours a day;

Q:If the hotel doesn't have enough space to install solar panels, what should be done?

A:One option is to install them on the hotel roof or in the parking lot.

Q: Warranty period
A: 30 years for solar panels, 5 years for inverters, 5 years for lithium batteries, and 2 years for other systems

Q: Is installation included?
A: The 50kw system does not include installation. But if you place an order now, our engineers are expected to go to Nigeria in September, and you can apply for on-site guidance and installation at that time. It is a good opportunity to train your system maintenance personnel on site. (Ugandan customers installed it themselves)

Q: When can it be shipped?
A: The production schedule is about 20-30 days on Thursday, because we are now so after the system is completed, the engineer will do a connection test for each system to ensure that the entire system is working properly before packaging and shipping

Q: How can I get them?
A: If there is an agent, provide the agent address, and we will check the distance and freight to the agent warehouse. If there is no agent, we have long-term and stable agents who can help you find out the fees for self-collection in your country.

Q: What if there is a problem after installation?
A: We have certified engineers who provide 24-hour online consultation and service. You can take videos and photos, and the engineers will provide solutions. Or you can directly video chat with our engineers online. Our engineers can speak English. In case of problems that cannot be handled online, we have also trained a group of qualified local engineers, and they can also go to your hotel to help solve them.
