  • Our systems have multiple protection features. First, equipment such as DC combiner boxes and inverters have overload protection and will automatically shut down and disconnect in case of abnormal voltages like lightning strikes or leakage. Second, the photovoltaic modules are made of impact-resistant tempered glass, certified to withstand wind pressure up to 200Pa and snow pressure up to 7200Pa.
  • Not at all. We provide detailed installation drawings, user manuals, and practical setup videos. Our installation tools are complete, and any local electrician can easily install the TANFON system correctly.
  • Yes! During the daytime, solar energy charges the batteries. During power outages, the solar system will support the load. If the battery is insufficient, the system will automatically switch to grid or generator power.
  • Usually 3–5 days. For some solar products, the lead time is 15–20 days.
