I. Project Background and Strategic Significance
Amidst today's global consensus on sustainable development, the utilization of clean energy stands as a critical driver of social progress and improved livelihoods. We are honored to announce a new milestone in our partnership with the Chad Energy Bureau: following the successful delivery and high-level presidential recognition of the 6.48MWH large-scale solar project in the TINE region, we have officially commenced an 800KWH Solar Off-Grid Power Supply System Project designed to provide stable electricity to a small village. The swift approval and launch of this initiative not only reflect the Chadian government’s firm commitment to developing renewable energy and addressing rural electrification but also demonstrate the proven reliability, outstanding performance, and tangible community impact of our earlier work, which has earned trust at the highest levels.
While moderate in scale, this project carries profound social significance. It marks the successful extension of our cooperation model from large towns and institutional power supply to grassroots village-level implementation—a vivid example of “energy inclusion” in practice. Bringing light and power to remote villages promises to revolutionize local access to education, healthcare, small-scale commerce, and daily life, directly contributing to improved living standards and socioeconomic development.
II. Technical Solution and System Design Details
This project is a meticulously planned integrated off-grid power solution with the core objectives of ensuring absolute power supply reliability while maximizing the use of solar energy. Below is a detailed breakdown of the system design:
1.Ample Generation Space and High-Efficiency Component Layout:
The project site has been carefully surveyed, confirming exceptionally ample space for solar panel installation. This provides the physical foundation for an optimal, unobstructed array layout, ensuring photovoltaic modules receive maximum solar radiation. We will deploy high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels, chosen for their superior conversion efficiency and excellent low-light performance—well-suited to local climate conditions. The tilt and orientation of the arrays will be optimized through software simulation to achieve maximum annual energy yield.
2.Grid Integration and Intelligent Distribution Network:
An MT/BT (Medium Voltage / Low Voltage) transformer has been pre-installed at the solar site. This system will seamlessly connect to it. DC electricity generated by the panels will be converted to AC via high-efficiency inverters and directly fed into the local low-voltage distribution network through this transformer. The designed supply voltage standards are 380V three-phase and 220V single-phase, fully compatible with the needs of residential households, small workshops, and community facilities, enabling direct, flexible, and safe electricity distribution.
3.Hybrid Energy Backup System for Multi-Layer Security:
To address challenges posed by distinct dry and rainy seasons—particularly periods of low solar irradiance—we have designed a hybrid “solar-storage-diesel” energy system. In addition to solar as the primary source, the system includes a 200KW diesel generator as backup. When the Energy Management System (EMS) detects insufficient solar generation and battery reserves falling below a set threshold, it will automatically or manually start the diesel generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply. This design perfectly balances economy, environmental consideration, and reliability, enabling 24/7 electricity for the village.
4.Comprehensive “Turnkey” Project Service:
We are committed to providing full-scope “turnkey” services covering design, supply, installation, and commissioning. Our professional engineers and technical teams will travel to the project site to perform all equipment installation, system integration, and commissioning. We will supply all required core equipment and auxiliary materials, including but not limited to: photovoltaic modules, mounting structures, inverters, intelligent distribution cabinets, battery packs (if configured), diesel generators, cables, connectors, and monitoring systems—ensuring complete control over project quality, timeline, and safety.
III. Partnership Journey and Future Outlook
Our strategic partnership with the Chadian government is now steadily entering its fourth year. This collaboration began with a cautious and solid foundation: an initial pilot project. Only after a full year of rigorous testing, data collection, and performance evaluation—with all metrics fully satisfied—did we receive bulk orders to deploy multiple 20KW standardized solar energy systems for schools and government offices across Chad. This phase validated the adaptability and durability of our solutions.
The collaboration then advanced to a regional-level project—the 6.48MWH solar energy system across four cities in the TINE region. Its successful operation and notable socioeconomic impact established it as a national benchmark project, earning personal recognition from the President and injecting stronger momentum into our cooperation.
Today, we are undertaking this 800KWH village-level solar energy system. From pilot to full deployment , from urban to rural settings—this clear progression reflects the deepening trust of the Chadian government in our technical solutions, execution capability, and long-term commitment. We firmly believe that based on this successful cooperation model and growing mutual trust, we will have the opportunity to undertake more and broader government projects in the future, delivering clean, reliable electricity to wider regions of Chad, illuminating lives and unlocking economic potential for tens of thousands of people, tangibly enhancing their quality of life and well-being.
IV. Project Commitment and Open Invitation for Collaboration
We will provide continuous and transparent updates through a dedicated project platform, sharing photos and videos covering the entire process—from factory production and equipment testing to on-site installation and final commissioning. This demonstrates our confidence in project quality and aims to offer a practical reference case for the industry.
We also extend a sincere invitation: if you are planning or facing needs related to village electrification, community microgrids, off-grid power for schools or hospitals, or commercial/industrial solar solutions, please do not hesitate to consult us. Leveraging valuable experience gained in Chad and other complex environments, we are positioned to provide technologically advanced, economically sound, and operationally reliable solar energy solutions tailored to your needs.
Energy is the foundation of development. Let us join hands to empower communities and build a brighter future together.
